Eric Schuele

Eric Schuele has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Infrastructure Networks since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Service Management Center at the same company from June 2019 to January 2021. Between January 2019 and June 2019, Eric was the Senior Director of Global Operations at Network Innovations (NI). Eric also worked as an Account Executive at Network Innovations from August 2017 to December 2018.

Eric's experience includes roles at RigNet, where they served as the Director of Network Operations from September 2016 to June 2017 and as the Network Operations Center Manager from December 2014 to September 2016. At Inmarsat, they held the position of Maritime Americas Operations Manager from October 2004 to December 2014.

Eric's career began in the United States Air Force, where they worked in Satellite & Wideband Communications from February 1996 to October 2004. Eric later joined the Louisiana Air National Guard as the RF Transmissions Systems NCOIC in October 2004.

Prior to that, they attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2008 to 2013, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. Eric also completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Communications Technologies at the Community College of the Air Force from 2009 to 2010. Eric's secondary education was completed at Glasgow High School from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they returned to the University of Houston-Downtown at an unspecified time to pursue further studies in Accounting, although the degree attained is not specified.
