Alissa Barton

Alissa Barton has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Alissa has held various roles at Infrastructure Ontario, starting as a Program Manager in 2008 and progressing to become a Director in various areas such as Continuous Improvement, Employee Programs, and Human Capital Planning. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, Alissa has been involved in other professional activities, including being a member of the Advisory Council for People Analytics Certification at York University and a judge for the Canadian HR Awards. Alissa has also served as a speaker for Public Sector Network and Strategy Institute events and has been a member of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference.
