Janice Lao

Janice Lao began their work experience in 2009 as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, specializing in financing transactions. After three years, they joined Infrastructure Ontario in 2012 as a Legal Counsel in the Transaction Legal department. Janice progressively advanced within the organization, holding the roles of Senior Legal Counsel, Director, and currently, Vice President.

Janice Lao attended the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance. Janice then pursued a law degree at Western University from 2005 to 2008, earning an LL.B.
