Joshua McCann

Joshua McCann has extensive work experience in various government roles and the private sector. Joshua currently holds the position of Vice President, Development at Infrastructure Ontario since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Commercial Advisory and Strategy at the same company from August 2021 to May 2023. From May 2020 to August 2021, they were a Senior Advisor in the Commercial Advisory and Strategy department.

Before joining Infrastructure Ontario, Joshua worked at the Ontario Ministry of Finance as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of the Deputy Minister from June 2018 to May 2020. Prior to this, they held roles at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, including Senior Policy Advisor in the Infrastructure Policy Division from November 2016 to June 2018, and Economist in the same division from April 2015 to November 2016.

Joshua also has experience in the private sector, having worked as a Research Analyst in the Infrastructure Policy Division at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure from April 2014 to September 2014. Additionally, they served as a Contract and Costing Analyst at McCann Redi-Mix Inc. from April 2009 to August 2013.

Joshua McCann holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from the University of Waterloo. Joshua also has a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Toronto.
