Kelvin Chan

Kelvin Chan, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Kelvin began their career as an Experienced Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from January 2008 to March 2013. Kelvin then moved on to Regional Power Inc. where they served as a Financial Controller from March 2013 to February 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at Infrastructure Ontario since February 2016. In this role, they are responsible for presenting financial results, leading budget and business plan development, managing project accounting, overseeing treasury activities, leading external audits, coaching a team, and managing controllership functions.

Kelvin Chan, CPA, CA holds a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. Kelvin is also certified as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
