Mark Haynes

Mark Haynes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Project Delivery - Rail Implementation at Infrastructure Ontario, Mark directs a project management team in supporting Public-Private Partnership (P3) initiatives, notably in collaboration with Metrolinx for the GO Expansion major projects. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager for significant P3 rail projects, Project Manager for a mining industry client at Tetra Tech, and Superintendent of a major construction project at Toronto Transit Commission. Mark's background also includes managing projects at Wardrop Engineering within the nuclear sector and overseeing automation projects for automotive clients at Prodomax Automation, along with an engineering management position at Volkswagen Canada Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
