Naveenraj Rathinakumar P.eng

Naveenraj Rathinakumar P.Eng, PMP, CSEP has significant experience in project management and engineering. Naveenraj is currently working as the Director of Project Delivery at Infrastructure Ontario. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Manager and Segment Manager at Transportation Investment Corporation, where they led teams in successfully delivering technical, construction, and project control aspects of projects. Naveenraj also worked at SNC-Lavalin as a Project Engineer/Systems Engineer, where they collaborated with rail and transit professionals on major projects such as the Evergreen Line, Eglinton Line, Confederation Line, and TransLink Public Address Project. Naveenraj supported design, project management, and execution activities within these projects. Additionally, Naveenraj worked as a Supplier Quality Development Engineer at Avcorp Industries, overseeing supply chain contract administration and quality engineering activities for the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Outboard Wing program. Naveenraj has also held roles at Queen's University as a Student Assistant and at SNC-Lavalin as an Engineering Co-op. Naveenraj holds professional certifications as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

Naveenraj Rathinakumar P.Eng, PMP, CSEP has a degree in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Material Science from Queen's University. They also have a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Naveenraj has obtained certifications in various fields, including Certified Public Private Partnership (PPP) - Foundation from APMG International, Planning for Effective Public Participation from IAP2 Canada, Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE, P.Eng from Engineers and Geoscientists BC, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
