Sara Mohammed

Sara Mohammed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Inclusion at Infrastructure Ontario since March 2023, Sara also holds the position of Partner Consultant at Inclusive Leaders since April 2019. Previous roles include Senior Equity Lead - Community Engagement & Partnerships at Peel District School Board and various positions at Toronto Community Housing, where Sara effectively managed community revitalization activities and built partnerships to enhance resident engagement. Sara's background includes work with Elections Ontario as Executive Assistant to the Chief Electoral Officer and Program Coordinator at Roots of Empathy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Community Engagement from York University, a Certificate in Change Management from Cornell University, and Bachelor's degrees from York University and the University of Toronto.
