Dan Gamoran is currently working as an Accounting Associate and Culinary Director at Infuse Hospitality since October 2015. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Sous Chef at La Condesa from September 2011 to October 2014. Dan is pursuing further education at DePaul University starting in January 2023 and ending in June 2024.
