Aleksandra Pytel

Aleksandra Pytel is a data analyst with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as an Expert - Data Analyst at ING Polska since October 2024, Aleksandra previously worked at Leadec as a Senior HR Project Specialist and HR Process Improvement Specialist, where responsibilities included process optimization and SAP implementation. Aleksandra served as an HR Partner Senior Analyst at Accenture, focusing on HR reporting and employee lifecycle support, and held various HR roles at Leadec, overseeing personnel documentation and compliance. Early career experiences included recruitment consulting at Gi Group and customer service roles at eurobank and Cinema City Poland. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and Labor Law.
