Tanja Tierie

Tanja Tierie currently serves as the COO of ING Italy and is a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for Operations, KYC, Data Management, Fraud, BCO, Process Management, Change, and Agile Transformation since July 2021. Additionally, Tanja has been an Advisory Board Member for the Financial Services Xchange at IDC since January 2021. Prior roles include Head of Digital Channels for ING in the Netherlands and Belgium, where Tanja led the digital transformation for over 11 million customers, and Director of Business Lending at ING Nederland, managing a €25 billion portfolio. Tanja's extensive experience also includes various leadership positions in product management, process redesign, and integration during significant organizational changes. Tanja holds a Doctorandus in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed an Executive Leadership Program at THNK School of Leadership.
