Murat Bilici

Murat Bilici serves as the IT Risk VP at ING Türkiye, where he manages global IT risk activities and leads risk program reportings to ensure compliance with company standards. He also oversees technology compliance, audit activities, and works closely with the IT Security team for information security regulations. Previously, he held the role of IDM & ITSM Squad Chapter Lead, where he focused on design and development of solutions for identity and access management and IT service management. With a background in Exchange&Windows System Management and experience as a Team Leader at ServIT, Murat brings a wealth of expertise in system design and network communication. Educated at Anadolu University with degrees in Information Management Systems and Business Administration and Management, he is well-equipped for his current roles.
