Ilse Heutink-Andes

Ilse Heutink-Andes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavioral risk management and project leadership, currently serving as Team Lead for the Behavioural Risk Intervention Team at ING since March 2013. Ilse has held various roles at ING, including Change Manager for Behavioral Risk Management, Senior Project Manager overseeing regulatory changes, and Global Program Manager for MiFID II implementation. Prior to ING, Ilse worked as an Event Planner at DINC Productions, coordinating numerous music productions and business events, and as Project Manager at RoutIT, managing a range of projects and conventions. Ilse's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration and various certifications in project management and agile methodologies.
