Olena Syrotovska

Olena Syrotovska possesses extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles within prestigious banking institutions. Currently serving as Super Circle Lead for MA, MI, and Cost Management at ING since August 2016, Olena has also held the position of Head of Wholesale Banking Management Information Global and CFO, Deputy Chair of the Board. Prior experience includes serving as CFO and Member of the Board at JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine) and positions at Swedbank, including CFO and Deputy Chair of the Board, and Director of Economic and Finance Department. Additional roles include Head of Financial Control and Planning at Bank Renaissance Credit and managerial responsibilities at International Energy Projects Ltd. Olena's foundational experience in finance began at Alfa Bank Ukraine, progressing through various roles. Education includes a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Kyiv National Economic University, and professional credentials from London Business School and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
