Radu-Mihail Dumitrescu

Radu-Mihail Dumitrescu is an experienced professional in the field of transformation and operational control, currently serving as the Global Head of HR Operational Control at ING since July 2015. With a career spanning over two decades, Radu-Mihail has held various leadership roles at ING in change management and transformation, as well as serving as Program Director for OIB Transformation. Previous positions include Senior Manager at BearingPoint and Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, focusing on business development and transformation in the Financial Services sector. Radu-Mihail also has experience in program management within private equity real estate development and as a BPO Transition Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Radu-Mihail holds an MBA with honors from the University of Liverpool and possesses a strong background in finance, marketing, and automation.
