Shweta Ramanathan Ravi

Shweta Ramanathan Ravi currently serves as the Managing Director and Asia Head of 1st line Non-Financial Risks & controls at ING, where responsibilities include overseeing risk governance and operational frameworks across Wholesale Banking. Previously, Shweta held several key roles at Credit Suisse, including Head of APAC WM Chief Data Office/Data Risk, and led APAC Tax Reporting and Client Reporting teams. Shweta's career spans various positions at ING, CSC, ABN AMRO Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Citibank, showcasing extensive experience in risk management, regulatory reporting, client relationship management, and business transformation across multiple banking sectors. Shweta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Stella Maris College.
