María Pilar Díaz Hontanaya

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in selling organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience also includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and teaching university-level courses in applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
