Farid Gueddi

Farid Gueddi has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits. Farid has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Farid's most recent position was as the Human Resources Director for France & Benelux at Ingenico, where they also served as a Global HRBP for corporate functions. Prior to this, they worked at ReCor Medical as a Europe Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on business partnering, HR compliance, and preparing for the commercial launch in Europe. Farid also served as the Interim Human Resources Director at DBV Technologies, where they managed labor relations, supported business reorganization, and reviewed HR processes. Farid was previously the HR Director for France at AbbVie, overseeing the HR function and managing nine direct reports. Before that, they held various compensation and benefits roles at Abbott and Watson Wyatt, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and plans. Farid started their career at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and Société Générale Asset Management, where they gained experience in compensation analysis and employee savings plans. Farid has a strong background in HR strategy, compliance, and team management.

Farid Gueddi has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Farid also has a Maitrise de sciences de gestion (MSG) in HR from the same university, earned from 1998 to 1999. In addition, they have a Master's degree in HR management from the IRH (institut des Ressources Humaines), completed in 2000.
