Gaetano Renda

Gaetano Renda is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in the digital payment systems sector. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for Ingenico in the EMEA region since October 2018, Gaetano manages a large international R&D team responsible for software solutions on Ingenico payment systems. Previously, Gaetano held the role of Chief Technology Officer for Ingenico Italy, overseeing the Italy R&D unit. Gaetano's career encompasses leadership positions in various organizations, including Oney Italy as Head of Software Delivery, Wallet-e s.r.l. as Technology and Innovation Officer, and Almaviva SpA as IT Program Manager. With a foundational expertise in software development and project management gained from earlier roles at Amadeus and Motorola, Gaetano holds Master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and Mobile Communications from EURECOM.
