Ghislain NKILLE has a diverse work experience in finance transformation and business solutions. Ghislain worked as a Finance Transformation Director at Ingenico, where they led key projects related to processes and governance, information systems, and business transformation. Prior to that, Ghislain held roles at Louis Dreyfus Company, serving as a Global BPO-Finance Transformation Manager and a Global Deputy Finance Transformation Manager. Ghislain also worked at Consolis as the Head of Finance & Purchase IS, leading a global team and driving digital transformation projects. Ghislain's earlier experience includes working as a Finance IS Project Manager at Sodexo and as a Consultant Financial Service Advisory at Capgemini Invent, where they led global projects related to change management, operational strategy, and business transformation.

Ghislain NKILLE has a Master's degree in Economics & Information Systems Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice, as well as PMP and Prince 2 from the Project Management Institute and AXELOS Global Best Practice, respectively.
