Ulrich Franke

Ulrich Franke has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Ulrich is currently the Director of Supply Chain Projects at Ingenics Consulting. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant for Digital Solutions at Cassini Consulting AG from 2019 to 2023. Before that, Ulrich served as the Institutsleiter at the Institute for Supply Chain Security GmbH from 2013 to 2019, where they were responsible for leading projects and moderating supply chain projects in collaboration with various partners. Ulrich also worked as a Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Hochschule fur Internationale Wirtschaft und Logistik from 2004 to 2012. Additionally, they held the roles of Rektor und Geschäftsführer at the same institution from 2008 to 2011. Ulrich Franke's career began as a Senior Consultant for Einkauf, Logistik und SCM at Pleyma GmbH & Co. KG from 2001 to 2004.

Ulrich Franke obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Oxford Brookes University in 1997. Ulrich then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organisationstheorie from Cranfield University, which they successfully completed in 2001.
