Arturo Ordóñez Domínguez

He is degree in Law by University of Oviedo, lawyer, member of the Gijón Bar Association and arbitrator of the Gijón Court of Arbitration.

He specializes in labor law, with an extensive experience in labor litigation and collective bargaining.

Since 2009 he also serves in IDESA, as legal advisor for the Steering Committee and corporate governance. In particular, he has advised on the rights and obligations of the Board of Directors and the operating procedures of shareholders’ meetings. He has also contributed to numerous M&A deals.
