Holly Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and corporate communications. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Operations Project Manager at Ingenio since September 2023, Holly previously held various roles at Pegasystems from October 2017 to September 2023, including Corporate Communications Manager, Project Coordinator in the Office of the Chief of Clients and Markets, and Executive Assistant.
