Achané Madden, CSPO

Achané Madden, CSPO has over 10 years of work experience. Achané began their career in 2008 as a Psychology Department Student Assistant and Special Events and Conferences Student Ambassador at Agnes Scott College. In 2013, they joined Ingenious Med as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for the execution of the delivery of features, tools and components ensuring timely execution of programs within the product roadmap. Achané also served as a Business Analyst, Training Specialist, and Executive Administrative Assistant. As a Business Analyst, they developed management experience and coordinated multiple team members and deadlines. As a Training Specialist, they trained physicians, billers and hospital administrators to use the patient encounter platform application tailored to their workflow and provided go-live support post training. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, they were responsible for exercising considerable tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information.

Achané Madden, CSPO obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College between 2008 and 2012. In December 2018, they were certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance.
