Stephen Besch

Stephen Besch has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. From 2004, they worked at Ingenious Med, Inc as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they formed and managed dynamic Client Advisory Teams to collect and distill business requirements. Stephen also evaluated design alternatives and transformed business requirements into functional designs.

Before that, from 1998 to 2004, Stephen worked at Patient Care Technologies as a Senior Systems Software Engineer. In this role, they served as a project lead, designer, and developer for major functional enhancements within corporate medical software products. Stephen also designed and administered a complete software control environment and developed improved programming tools for the Applications Development teams.
