Mark Cantaluppi

Mark Cantaluppi is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at INGENIOUS.BUILD since July 2023, Mark also contributes as an advisor at AlphaRithm AI and holds a board member position with Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House. Previously, Mark led TenFour as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, providing IT Infrastructure as a Service, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Reis, a provider of commercial real estate data and analytics. Mark's earlier roles include Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wellsford Real Properties, Inc., and various financial positions at Vornado Realty Trust and Ernst & Young. Mark holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, graduating cum laude.
