Beth Freeman has a significant amount of experience in human resources and management roles. Beth started their career in 1996 as an HR & Administration Manager at Englands PHC, where they were responsible for the growth of the company and the creation of policies and benefits.

From there, they worked as an HR & Safety Manager at Integrity Staffing Solutions @ Amazon.com and as an HR Training Consultant at SBM, Inc. In these roles, they focused on employee training and compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations.

Freeman then served as an HR Manager at Core-Mark International and as a Human Resources Director at Mountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation. Beth continued to build their experience in leadership and employee management.

Freeman's experience also includes being an HR Director - NE Operations at Pathways Community Services, where they oversaw HR operations for the Northeast region. Beth then took on the role of Corporate Director Of Human Resources at Brown Golf Management, where they managed HR operations for multiple golf courses across several states. In this role, they handled talent management, payroll, benefits administration, safety, employee relations, and policy development.

Most recently, Freeman worked as a VP of Human Resources at InnovAge, where they led HR initiatives and oversaw the department. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ingenovis Health.

Beth Freeman received their high school diploma from Oxford High School from 1992 to 1996. From 1997 to 2004, they attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
