Michael Dyer

Michael Dyer has over 20 years of work experience in the field of information security and technology. Michael currently serves as the VP CISO and Information Systems Security Consultant at ARK Strategies, where they provide IT consulting services to state and local governments, specializing in areas such as digital transformation, IT modernization, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President Technical Operations at Ingenovis Health, where they were responsible for building a comprehensive IT infrastructure and security organization, moving critical infrastructure to the cloud, and managing information security programs. Michael also worked as a Director of Information Security Architecture, Engineering, and Operations at Gainwell Technologies from 2020 to 2022, and as a Director of Information Security at DXC Technology from 2014 to 2020. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager Global Operations, Networks and a Senior Network Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from 2001 to 2014.

Michael Dyer has a BS in Economics and MIS from Oklahoma State University. Michael also holds a Certificate of Completion in MBA Level Coursework with a focus on Information Technology from Southern Methodist University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including (ISC)2 Security CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
