Michael Flaim is an experienced finance executive with a robust background in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ingenovis Health, a private equity-backed organization, Michael has previously held CFO roles at MGA Homecare and DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise financial planning and analysis for publicly traded companies. Michael’s experience also encompasses corporate development and alliances at TriZetto Corporation, and healthcare investment banking at Robert W. Baird & Co. Michael holds an MBA in Accounting, Analytic Finance, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
