Rick is currently working at Ingenovis Health as the Executive Vice President of Product and Technology, where they oversee various teams and drives the development of custom software solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Program Management at Ingenovis, assuming responsibility for a re-platforming program and successfully implementing Bullhorn ATS and Workday HCM and Financials.
