Kelly Dees

Kelly Dees currently serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Vice President of Marketing and Aftermarket at Ingersoll Rand, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly Dees worked at Ingersoll Rand from 1998 to 2008 as a Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in leadership and project management to the company.
