Marta Lipska-Wrotek is a seasoned marketing automation professional with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing marketing strategies. Currently serving as Marketing Automation Manager at Ingersoll Rand since March 2020, Marta has led numerous initiatives in project management, marketing automation, and social media strategy, primarily utilizing Oracle Eloqua. Previous roles include Marketing Automation Team Leader and Digital Marketing Specialist, where Marta was instrumental in developing lead nurturing processes, optimizing CRM activities, and conducting analytics. Earlier experience includes positions at Gardner Denver, Mercer, and CEZAMAT Sp. z o.o., along with foundational work in human resources management and collaboration with European Commission projects. Marta holds a Master's Degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw, complemented by postgraduate studies in Project Management and completed Ph.D. studies in Economics at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
