Nandha Ram

Nandha Ram is currently the Country Sourcing Manager- Global Sourcing- Head at Ingersoll Rand. Prior to this role, Nandha was the Group Sourcing Manager at Mersen and Assistant Manager - Global Supply Management-Asia at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Nandha Ram has a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Anna University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology. Nandha has extensive experience in sourcing, supplier quality management, and driving value engineering cost reduction initiatives. Nandha Ram has played key roles in leading global sourcing teams, implementing sourcing strategies, supplier selection processes, and localization projects to support manufacturing plants.
