Troy Slack

Sales Enablement Leader, North America at Ingersoll Rand

Troy Slack serves as the Sales Enablement Leader for North America at Ingersoll Rand since February 2013, overseeing teams focused on Compressor Systems and Services across various channels, including Industrial, Retail, and Engineered Process. Previously, Troy led the Sales Enablement efforts for Industrial and Retail channels, managed channel marketing, and contributed to new product development and pricing strategies aimed at enhancing profit margins. Early career experiences at Ingersoll Rand included roles as an Electrical Engineering Intern, where responsibilities included PCB design and software modification. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2012.
