Harkaitz Ibaiondo

Harkaitz Ibaiondo PhD has a strong and diverse work experience. Harkaitz is currently serving as the Hydrogen Business Unit Director at Ingeteam S.A. since October 2020. In addition, they are working as a Business Development Consultant at Parrhesia Mentoring since September 2020. Prior to these roles, Harkaitz worked as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher at Zurebhai since February 2013.

Previously, Harkaitz had an extensive career at CAF Power & Automation. Harkaitz held various positions including Commercial Director, Business Developer, Traction Presales Manager, and Standardization Manager from June 2013 to September 2020.

Before joining CAF Power & Automation, Harkaitz worked at INGETEAM TRACTION as the Technical Director from April 2011 to January 2013, and as the R&D Director from April 2008 to March 2011. Harkaitz started their career at Ingeteam Technology, S.A. as an Engineer of Development and Research from November 1998 to May 2008.
