Oier Goikoetxea Goikoetxea has extensive experience in management systems and quality assurance. Oier worked at Ingeteam as the Global Quality Director for the Railway and Mobility Division, where they were responsible for strategic planning and implementation of quality control measures. Oier also served as the Management Systems Director, overseeing quality, health and safety, environmental management, and technical certifications. Prior to Ingeteam, Oier worked at Indar Electric - Ingeteam Group as the Quality Manager for the Wind Power Division. Oier has also held positions at Komatsu as the Logistic and Supply Chain Responsible, Lightsystems-Rinder-UnoMinda as a Quality Technician, Maier Group as a Quality Technician, and Arteche as a Technician in Occupational Health and Safety.

Oier Goikoetxea Goikoetxea completed a Máster degree in Industrial Labour Relations at Euslan / Grupo Orbere Consulting in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained another Máster degree in Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychology from the University of Deusto in 1999. In 1998, they earned a Diplomado degree in Quality Management from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
