Heather Dolan

Heather Dolan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Heather started their career as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little from June 1993 to August 1996. Heather then joined Milliken & Company as a Development Engineer from October 1999 to February 2004, and later served as a Market Manager from February 2004 to December 2005. Their next role was at MeadWestvaco, where they worked as a Business Development Manager, Performance Materials from December 2007 to May 2010 and then as an Evotherm Commercialization Manager from May 2010 to January 2012. Heather also served as an Asphalt Commercialization Manager from January 2012 to July 2014, before becoming a Global Product Manager from July 2014 to August 2015. Their most recent role was at Ingevity, where they worked as a Global Product Manager from August 2015 to February 2019. Heather then held positions such as Strategic Initiatives Manager from February 2019 to April 2020, Global Business Manager: Paper Chemicals and Merchant Rosin from April 2020 to November 2021, Global Business Manager: Rubber, Paper Chemicals, and Merchant Rosin from November 2021 to December 2023, and Integration Manager from August 2022 to December 2023. Currently, their role is as the Business Director, Road Markings at Ingevity, where they are responsible for strategic planning, financial management, partnership building, and leading a large team.

Heather Dolan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Boston University, awarded in 1993. Heather graduated from Clemson University in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
