Dean Appleton

Dean Joined Ingleton Wood in 2012 as a Graduate Building Surveyor with two years construction experience working within a similar practice in London.

Dean has built up his knowledge in professional surveying, undertaking condition surveys, defect analysis, audits and maintenance programmes for a variety of clients. Dean currently works within one of our commercial teams undertaking a varied workload which also extends to dilapidations, party wall and contract administration services.

Over the past few years Dean has also been involved in the field of fire, undertaking a number of surveys including compartmentation inspections for both educational and healthcare clients and surveys in relation to PFI clients.

Dean is also a RICS supervisor, councillor and mentor.
