Sam Taylor

Sam joined Ingleton Wood as a Trainee Building Surveyor, completing his degree and going on to become a member of the RICS in 2015. In 2015 Sam was also promoted to Associate within the Colchester Design Team, and then to Senior Associate in 2019.

With a strong grounding in project management Sam has been responsible for overseeing the delivery of a wide range of schemes specialising in Education and Healthcare clientele. Working closely with the other members of the design team Sam has also enjoyed coordinating a large proportion of the teams Design and Build commissions and ensuring integration of the numerous disciplines Ingleton Wood has available.

Sam leads the Colchester office on preparation of ACMF/CIF funding applications to the Education Funding Agency on behalf of many Academy school clients.
