Jenny Butler

Jenny Butler is the Chief People Officer at Ingram Barge Company. Jenny has over 15 years of experience in human resources and organization development.

Butler began their career as a Director of Organization Development at AAIM Employers' Association. Jenny then became the Chief Operating and HR Officer at Card Marketing Services. In 2009, they were recruited by CEO for an initial consulting engagement at Memory Suppliers/iPromo. At the beginning of 2010, they became a member of the executive team supporting two multi-million dollar internet companies operating as different legal entities and out of separate locations.

Butler has led significant organizational change, including the formation of new senior management teams, divestiture of underperforming business units, and successful legal, ERP, and facility integration of the companies. Jenny has also established HR and talent management functions for combined businesses and developed HR Generalists to manage expansions of the businesses.

Jenny Butler has a Masters of Science in Organization Communication from Murray State University and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Psychology from Murray.

Jenny Butler reports to Orrin Ingram, Chairman & CEO. Jenny Butler works with John Roberts - SVP, Liquids and Chief Operating Officer, Chuck Arnold - SVP, Dry Cargo, and Dave O'Loughlin - President & Chief Operating Officer.
