Mauricio Gallardo

Mauricio Gallardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and process improvement. Currently serving as Transformation Principal at Ingram Micro since May 2022, Mauricio focuses on executing transformation initiatives for the Shared Services organization across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. From June 2007 to May 2022, Mauricio held the position of Director at PwC, leading various significant projects, including cloud implementations and business readiness programs. Earlier roles included positions at Verio, IBM Business Consulting Services, Accenture, and Ericsson, encompassing responsibilities in CRM systems, performance testing, and operational efficiency. Mauricio holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
