Renzy Ricasata

Renzy Ricasata is an experienced IT operations manager currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations for the Global Service Desk at Ingram Micro since June 2023. Prior roles include Technical Operations Manager for the IT Service Desk at Infosys BPM from December 2019 to April 2023, and multiple positions at Atos from July 2015 to December 2019, including Tower Service Manager and Service Desk Manager.
