Roberto Compte Santibáñez

Roberto Compte Santibáñez has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Director of Regional Finance for Ingram Micro in Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay since July 2013, where Roberto also holds the position of President of the Board in Chile. Prior to this, Roberto served for two decades at Oracle, culminating in the role of Regional Finance Director, where responsibilities included strategic formulation for balanced growth and oversight of operations. Earlier career roles included Director of Administration and Finance and auditor positions at the Superintendencia de Bancos e Instituciones Financieras SBIF and Ernst & Young. Roberto holds an MBA from Esade and a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
