Antonin DUTATE currently serves as Responsable Projets Industriels at Ingredia Dairy Experts since January 2022. Prior to this role, Antonin held positions including Consultant Projets Travaux Neufs Utilités at ESPACE PORTAGE - ROQUETTE, where responsibilities included managing Capex investment projects such as restructuring chemical product stations and improving effluent treatment capacity. Earlier experience includes serving as Apprenti Chef de Projet Travaux Neufs Utilités at Roquette, focusing on project management process improvements using DMAIC methodology, and performing maintenance tasks at Groupe PSA. Antonin holds a Master 2 in Génie Industriel from Université d'Artois and is currently pursuing further education in dairy technologies at Ecole Nationale d’Industrie Laitière (ENIL).
