Joanna Moro, PhD, is a Bioactives Clinical Trials Specialist at Ingredia Dairy Experts since January 2021, previously conducting research on molecular biomarkers of protein and amino acid needs at AgroParisTech from October 2017 to January 2021. This research involved studying the effects of deficient diets on metabolic regulation and included executing three rat experiments from design to analysis, molecular biology analyses, mass spectrometry, and metabolomics.
