Joanna Moro

Joanna Moro, PhD, is a Bioactives Clinical Trials Specialist at Ingredia Dairy Experts since January 2021, previously conducting research on molecular biomarkers of protein and amino acid needs at AgroParisTech from October 2017 to January 2021. This research involved studying the effects of deficient diets on metabolic regulation and included executing three rat experiments from design to analysis, molecular biology analyses, mass spectrometry, and metabolomics. Joanna Moro has also mentored master's interns and presented findings at international conferences. Prior research experiences span various institutions, including roles at the University of Cambridge and INSERM, focusing on nutrient impacts and metabolic adaptations. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Nutrition Sciences and multiple master's degrees in related fields from AgroParisTech and other institutions.
