Paula Huntzinger

Paula Huntzinger has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Paula is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Ingredion Incorporated since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Talent Officer at Ogilvy Health from May 2018 to November 2021, and as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition from June 2014 to May 2018. Paula also worked as the Strategic HR Business Lead at Mondelēz International from October 2012 to June 2014, and as the Human Resources Manager at Kraft Foods Group from January 2011 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Resourcing Manager at Cadbury plc. from 2006 to 2011. Before that, they served as a Staffing Manager at Merck from 2004 to 2006 and at Mars from 2002 to 2003.
