Rick Duda has had a diverse work experience in various companies. Rick started their career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1994. Rick then worked as a Client Support Analyst at McDonald's Corporation from 1994 to 1998. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where they handled complex commercial disputes and conducted investigations. In 2005, they joined Ingredion Incorporated as a Litigation Counsel, managing litigation and resolving various legal matters. Rick later held roles at Ingredion such as Counsel for the Asia Pacific region, Associate General Counsel for South America and Global Operations, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Operations. In these roles, they provided legal counsel, ensured compliance with food regulatory laws, and managed teams of lawyers.
Rick Duda obtained a JD degree in Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their BS degree in Information and Decision Science at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1989 to 1993.
