Roldan Vazquez

Roldan Vazquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and strategic project leadership. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Continuous Improvement at Ingredion Incorporated, Roldan leads the global deployment of the Ingredion Performance System and emphasizes teamwork and business metrics following the Shingo Model and Stage Gate Model for Innovation. Prior to this role, Roldan was the Head of Continuous Improvement at Knauf Insulation North America, where responsibilities included developing value improvement programs and consulting on business operations.
