Ron McCrimmond

Ron McCrimmond has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the chemical and food manufacturing industry. Ron started their career in 1995 as a Plant Manager at ICI Explosives and later worked at National Starch & Chemical, where they held positions such as Director of Site Services and Global Contracts Director. In 2003, they became the Director of the Indianapolis Plant at National Starch & Chemical, and eventually progressed to become the Senior Director of the Indianapolis Site & Divisional Operations at National Starch Food Innovation. In 2008, they joined National Starch LLC as the Senior Director of NA Manufacturing. In 2011, they transitioned to Ingredion Incorporated as the Vice President of Health, Safety & Security, a position they held until 2016 when they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security at the same company. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Global Procurement at Ingredion Inc. and currently serves as the Vice President and Operations Chief-of-Staff at Ingredion Incorporated.
