Supawadee Suwankongka

Supawadee Suwankongka currently serves as the Regional Lead for Talent & DEI in the Human Capital Group at Hitachi Asia Ltd. since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Previously, Supawadee held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resource for ASEANI at Ingredion Incorporated while also acting as the General Manager for the Human Capital Group. Experience includes serving as Human Resource Development Manager at Associated British Foods plc and as HR Business Partner at Nestlé, where focus was on strategic human resource management across multiple divisions. Supawadee's career began at Phatra Securities Plc as a Business Development Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from NIDA Thailand and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Thammasat University.
